Easy to make. Essential 'must have' in the herbal medicine pantry.
Chop or grate the ginger root and the horseradish root
Add to raw honey in a glass jar
Use a chopstick or small wooden spoon to poke a little at the herbs to allow them to mix well with the honey and any air bubbles to release
Put a good fitting lid on the jar and store in a cupboard for a few weeks
