WILD WEEDS PESTO
Ingredients

clove
garlic
Pinch
coarse salt

cup
fresh chickweed
½
cup
fresh chives
dandelion, violets, (or your choice) chopped
¼
cup
walnuts
or almonds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds.. your choice
¼
cup
freshly grated Parmesan
¼
cup
good quality olive oil
Instructions
In a mortar and pestle, mash garlic with the salt.
Add to a food processor and pulse with all remaining ingredients. EASY!
