Ingredients
1part sweet cinnamon sticks broken or crumbled
½part coriander seed
½part chopped ginger root
¼part black peppercornscracked, ground
¼part cardamom seedsplace in a herb mill and grind quickly
⅛part whole cloves
Darjeeling teaor your own favourite black, green or a de-caff choice: Rooibus tea
Honeyraw preferred, to taste
Instructions
Combine the cinnamon, coriander, ginger, peppercorns, cardamom, and cloves and mix well. Using 1 teaspoon of the herb mixture per cup of water, simmer the spices for 15 to 25 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Add an appropriate amount of tea of choice (1 teaspoon tea per serving)
