Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 bulbs garlic cloves separated and peeled
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups olive oil

Instructions

  1. In the container of a blender, combine the garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Blend at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Continue blending while pouring olive oil into the blender in a thin stream.
  4. The mixture should become thick and white like mayonnaise.
  5. Store in a glass container in the fridge or freeze in small batches.
