Ginger Garlic Paste

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces garlic chopped
  • 4 ounces fresh ginger root chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or as needed

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the garlic and ginger.
  2. Pulse to blend, adding small amounts of olive oil at a time until a smooth paste forms.
  3. Keeps in the fridge for 5 days or freezes well.
