Place the lavender flowers into the 1 litre Mason(canning) jar.

Cover with the boiling water. Place lid on the jar.

Let the Lavender flowers steep for 10 minutes and then strain.

Cut the lemons in half and either squeeze by hand or use the citrus juice extractor, adding resulting juice into the pitcher.

Add the lavender flower tea and the honey. Stir.

Add the cold water at this point and stir again.

Serve with ice cubes, if you like and garnish with lemon slices.
