1litre room temperature good quality water~ optional real maple syrup or Stevia ~ just a tiny 'slurp'
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher (or I use a 1 litre canning jar).
Bring water to the boil, in a pot or your kettle.
When the water temperature cools down a little, add it to the herbs.
Stir well.
Leave on your counter + sip this throughout the day.
Stir (or if using a canning jar with lid, it's easy to shake it up a bit) each time you take more
to ensure that the herbs are 'in suspension' and not on the bottom of the container.
Recipe Notes
Make this without the sweeteners first. Add only if your taste buds not happy; or for a change. It doesn't need the sweeteners but I confess some mornings, a tiny hit of maple syrup is welcome!
