Ingredients

  • 1 part Catnip leaves
  • 1 part Chamomile flowers
  • 1 part Hibiscus flowers
  • 1 part Lemon Balm leaves
  • 1 part Milky Oat Tops
  • .5 part Orange Peel
  • .5 part Spearmint

Instructions

  1. I suggest that you get the herbs together and assemble so that you have it on hand.

    Place all ingredients in a glass jar with a good lid

  2. Bring a pot of water or kettle to a boil

  3. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the tea blend to a cup and add just boiled water

  4. Steep for 5-8 minutes. Strain. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This herbal tea blend can be adjusted to make the flavours perfect for you and/or your children!
Optimally, the daily 'dose' is 2-3 cups. Make a thermos for 'on the go'
This blend is SO good when chilled and very tasty!
Kick it up a notch and make popsicles! Always a favourite. They don't last long!
