Turmeric and Ginger super special healing tea!

Delicious. Make as often as possible. Super Healing qualities are good for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups good quality water
  • ½ teaspoon powdered ginger or 1 inch fresh root
  • ½ teaspoon powdered turmeric or 1 inch fresh root
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Juice of ½ lemon organic if possible!

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil, then add the herbs.
  2. 2. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain tea into a mug
  4. 4. Add maple syrup and lemon
  5. 5. Stir to combine.
  6. Drink warm.
