Ingredients
2tablespoonsHibiscus flowers
2tablespoonsRose Hips
small handful Lemon Balmfresh
Optional:
1tablespoonmilky oat tops
1teaspoonorange peelfresh or dried
Instructions
Place herbs in a 1 litre/quart glass canning jar with a good lid.
Add freshly boiled water to fill the jar.
Immediately cover with lid
Allow to steep 10-15 minutes
Strain the infusion into a 2nd canning jar.
Top with lid
Allow to come to room temperature
Refrigerate the jar or transfer to your serving pitcher
When chilled, it's ready to serve
