Ingredients
1cinnamon stickbroken
5whole cloves
5whole allspice
2slicesginger root
3cups750 mL apple cider
1-½cups375 mL 100 % pomegranate juice
2tablespoon30 mL liquid honey
Instructions
Make a 'spice bag' with a 4 inch square of cheesecloth.
Tie together cinnamon, cloves, allspice and ginger.
Place in a saucepan.
Add apple cider, pomegranate juice and honey;
Bring to simmer over medium heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low;
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
