Dill Seed Tea

Easy to make. Helps Digestion, Calming + Soothing. High Calcium

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dill Seeds
  • 1-2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Add dill seed to a cup or canning jar with lid
  2. Add 1 cup of just boiled water.
  3. Stir. Allow to steep until warm and drink!
