Chive Blossom Vinegar

Digestive support, mineral-rich tonic -- Make this into a tonic or as a part of a spring vinaigrette! I love to use in salad dressings or as a splash in water before meals.

Ingredients

  • Fresh chive blossoms
  • Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Fill a jar with blossoms and cover completely with vinegar.
  2. Steep 2–3 weeks, then strain.

Recipe Notes

Note: use Apple Cider Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar or Rice Vinegar.
